What does a private tour of Israel cost?
Most tailor-made journeys land between $1,200 and $1,800 per touring day for the whole group — one transparent invoice covering guiding, private vehicle, fuel and planning. Hotels and meals are booked at cost, with no agency markup.
What exactly is included?
Everything between the airport doors: itinerary design, licensed guiding, private transport driven by me, luxury hotel and restaurant bookings, VIP airport fast-track, tickets and permits. You chase no vendors — ever.
Do you guide both Christian pilgrimages and Jewish heritage journeys?
Yes — I have for thirty years. Pilgrimages walk the Gospel trail with denomination-sensitive scheduling; heritage journeys celebrate roots, milestones and family history. Both get the archaeologist’s eye: text and terrain, side by side.
Can one itinerary really work for kids and grandparents?
Yes — multi-generational pacing is my specialty. Cable car for the elders, snake path for the teenagers, sunrise for everyone. The plan bends around your group’s energy, never the other way around.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to nine months for peak seasons — spring holidays and fall — to secure the best hotels. Shorter notice is often workable; ask before you rule anything out.
How do we begin?
With one short conversation — thirty minutes by phone or a note through the form. You’ll have a first day-by-day sketch within days, with no commitment and no pressure.
